Restaurant and Craft Bar

Charred Swift Creek
charredswiftcreek.com ↗
A locally owned Midlothian kitchen and craft bar, rebuilt from an outdated template into a custom website with searchable menus, connected guest tools, and clear paths for dining and private events.
The Challenge
Charred's old site did not reflect the wood-fired kitchen, craft bar, or neighborhood experience. Seven changing menus were hard to explore, essential guest tools felt disconnected, and private dining, patio events, catering, and restaurant buyouts needed a clearer path to inquiry.
Our Solution
We designed and built a custom, media-rich website around real Charred photography and food. Searchable on-site menus replace static files, while reservations, online ordering, rewards, gift cards, bourbon discovery, community stories, careers, and private-event inquiries now work together in one owned experience.
The win: Charred now has one owned destination where guests can search every menu, reserve or order, explore the bourbon program, and start a private-event inquiry.

Payment Processing

Blueswipe
goblueswipe.com ↗
A Richmond payment processor with a healthcare focus, presented through a multi-page site that makes merchant pricing, integrations, and partnerships easier to understand.
The Challenge
Payment processing spans different industries, business models, and buying questions, which can make a broad offer difficult to navigate. Blueswipe needed clear paths for merchants, partners, developers, and priority verticals without losing a simple central promise.
Our Solution
We built a custom multi-page site with dedicated industry pages and distinct merchant, partner, and developer journeys. A payment-efficiency report flow, contact paths, and a blog foundation turn education into practical next steps.
The win: The new site began earning consistent organic discovery in its first reporting window.

Brian K Lewis
brianklewis.com ↗
A leading NYC luxury real estate agent with major national press coverage. We rebuilt his web presence from a template into a custom-built platform with live listings, editorial press features, and an ongoing search program.
The Challenge
Brian K. Lewis had strong career credibility and major press coverage, but his previous template site lacked the personal touch that defines how he works with clients. He needed a custom-built platform that matched his stature, integrated live listings, and positioned him as a trusted voice in NYC luxury real estate.
Our Solution
We designed and built a custom platform with live listing integration, agent-only filtering, an editorial press section, and a dynamic credibility display. The site is paired with an ongoing search program and an integrated lead-management system with nurture workflows and mobile access.
The win: The site launched with live property search and a clear inquiry system, giving Brian's team an owned luxury experience that matches the way they serve New York clients.

Art Corner LLC
artcornerva.com ↗
A community-oriented cafe and art space in Richmond combining coffee, creativity, and culture under one roof. We gave them a digital presence that captures the energy of the space and turns online visitors into in-person regulars.
The Challenge
Art Corner had no website - their entire digital presence was social media posts. Customers couldn't book art events, browse the menu, or understand what the space even was before showing up. Every potential customer who searched "art cafe Richmond" found nothing.
Our Solution
We built a vibrant custom website with secure online booking and payments for art events and workshops, an online menu and ordering flow, and a design language that captures the creative energy of the physical space. The site turns curious searchers into booked guests.
The win: Art Corner went from no owned website to a bookable digital storefront where customers can discover classes, reserve events, and pay online.

Tempest Energy Systems
thetempestenergysystem.com ↗
A patented, USA-manufactured wind energy company pioneering panelized, 3D-printed vertical-axis turbine arrays. They had a breakthrough product and zero web presence - we built them a full investor-grade digital platform from the ground up.
The Challenge
Tempest had a genuinely novel clean-energy technology, with magnetic-levitation micro-turbine panels validated in the Duke University wind tunnel and protected by a patent, but no website to show for it. Investors, big-box retail partners, and early adopters had nowhere to land. For a hardware startup pursuing major retail and commercial rooftop deals, being invisible online meant losing credibility in every first meeting.
Our Solution
We built a custom platform engineered to match the ambition of the product. A cinematic hero, interactive 3D turbine models, scroll-led visual storytelling, a live savings calculator, and dedicated pages for technology, markets, system overview, team, and careers give investors and partners a complete view of the opportunity. The experience is optimized for fast loading despite its rich 3D and video assets.
The win: A complex energy system now has an investor-ready story, an interactive savings case, and a credible digital home for commercial and future residential conversations.

Residential Real Estate

Greg Lewis
gregsellsva.com ↗
A custom-built real estate platform that turns deep Chesterfield County knowledge into neighborhood research, property tours, buyer and seller guidance, verified proof, and direct paths to Greg.
The Challenge
Greg's strongest advantage is personal knowledge of the communities he serves, but that expertise needed an owned digital home beyond brokerage profiles and property portals. The experience also had to separate active opportunities from closed work, make both buyer and seller paths clear, and avoid the generic claims common to agent sites.
Our Solution
We built a responsive, media-rich website around Greg's real familiarity with Chesterfield and Midlothian. Neighborhood guides, buyer and seller journeys, verified reviews, active and closed property showcases, educational articles, and real video tours work together on a strong local search foundation.
The win: Greg now has an owned real estate platform that makes his local knowledge visible before the first call and gives buyers and sellers a clear path from neighborhood research to a direct conversation.

B2B Revenue Engineering

Quant-Tek.AI
quant-tek.ai ↗
A founder-led revenue engineering firm for manufacturers, technical firms, and owner-led B2B companies, presented through a multi-channel content and conversion platform.
The Challenge
Revenue engineering is an unfamiliar category, and its value can feel abstract without a clear operating model. Quant-Tek.AI needed one coherent platform for services, founder credibility, partners, thought leadership, and a direct revenue-audit path.
Our Solution
We built and continue to manage a custom content and conversion platform that explains the firm's diagnose, design, install, and compound framework. Blog, podcast, white-paper, partner, and contact surfaces give the brand distinct ways to educate and convert B2B audiences.
The win: A complex service now has a clear operating story, an education system, and a direct path to a revenue audit.

Miami Swim Week
dcswimweek.com ↗
A Miami swimwear fashion and lifestyle event platform connecting designers, brands, buyers, and attendees. We improved its speed, mobile experience, and search visibility ahead of the 2026 event season.
The Challenge
With a major event season approaching, the site was slow on mobile and difficult to discover through search. The team needed a faster, clearer path to event, designer, sponsor, and attendee information.
Our Solution
We ran a full performance audit and overhauled the site environment, eliminating bloat, optimizing assets, and stabilizing load times across devices. Then we launched a comprehensive search strategy covering technical markup, metadata, search content, and ongoing Google Business Profile management for the queries tied to ticket sales and partnerships.
The win: Google Search Console recorded 600% growth in monthly organic clicks from Month 1 to the May event month. The client reports the 2026 show was its biggest Miami Swim Week to date and its biggest event in company history.

Online Counseling and Coaching

Sound Mind Counseling and Wellness
soundmindpractice.com ↗
An online practice giving Virginia therapy clients and broader coaching clients clear, separate paths to the right service and practitioner.
The Challenge
Therapy and coaching serve different needs and operate under different geographic and professional boundaries. The site needed to help visitors choose the right path without making them compare practitioners or mistake coaching for licensed therapy.
Our Solution
We built a custom site with separate therapy and coaching journeys, dedicated practitioner profiles, and a short intake router. Integrated booking links and inline scheduling move qualified visitors from orientation to the appropriate next step.
The win: Visitors can now choose the right service and reach the right practitioner without sorting through clinical distinctions on their own.

Luxury Concierge

VELOUR
velourint.com ↗
A luxury concierge coordinating private jets, yacht charters, mobility, and curated residencies through one polished inquiry experience.
The Challenge
VELOUR coordinates several premium service categories where trust, discretion, and legal wording matter. The site needed to feel luxurious while describing the business as a concierge, not a broker, and still move visitors toward a concrete inquiry.
Our Solution
We built a custom site with category pages for each concierge offering and a guided inquiry experience. First-party referral capture, verified contact paths, real photography, and evidence-backed structured data support the conversion flow.
The win: The business now has one polished inquiry path that matches the discretion and care of the service.

Mavis Meadows
mavismeadowsva.com ↗
A boutique farm stay in Virginia - we didn't just build them a website, we built them a direct revenue system that replaces their Airbnb dependency and keeps every dollar of booking revenue in their pocket.
The Challenge
Every booking went through Airbnb - meaning platform fees on every reservation, zero direct guest relationships, and complete dependency on an algorithm they don't control. One policy change or ranking drop could gut their income overnight. They had no website, no independent booking capability, and no way to manage availability across channels.
Our Solution
We built a full direct booking engine from scratch: a conversion-focused website with an interactive availability calendar, dynamic pricing, secure checkout, and automated confirmation emails. Real-time calendar sync prevents double bookings while they transition guests to booking direct. A custom admin panel gives the owner full control over bookings, services, experiences, and content without needing a developer.
The win: Mavis Meadows can now take direct reservations, sync availability, and manage the guest experience without relying on a marketplace for every booking.

Commercial Furnishings and Fixtures

Crown Harvest Hardware
crownharvesthardware.com ↗
A factory-direct furnishings and fixtures supplier serving multifamily, hospitality, and student-housing projects through a product-led B2B website.
The Challenge
Crown Harvest serves project teams across several furnishing and fixture categories, not consumers shopping a conventional hardware catalog. The site needed to explain factory-direct sourcing, organize the product range, and guide large B2B opportunities toward a quote.
Our Solution
We built a custom product-led site with organized category pages, project-oriented messaging, a quote path, and a blog foundation. The engagement also includes ongoing search management and Google Business Profile setup.
The win: The new product-led site began earning consistent organic discovery in its first reporting window.

BuzzStar
AI Guys venturebuzzstar.com ↗
A live creator marketplace where fans book paid one-on-one video calls with the people they follow. We built the mobile product, marketplace operations, marketing site, and search program behind it.
The Challenge
Live paid access is a hard thing to build well. It needs reliable video on a phone network, precise per-minute billing, dependable creator payouts, and a discovery surface that puts the right creator in front of the right fan. Most of it has to work on the first attempt, because a dropped call or billing error can cost the platform both trust and repeat use.
Our Solution
We built and continue to run the product end to end: iOS and Android experiences, reliable live video, precise billing, automated creator payouts, secure call-recording workflows, marketplace operations, QA, and a custom-built marketing site designed to scale across creator and category pages.
The win: Fans can discover, book, and call creators through one product experience that extends from the live marketplace to the public site.

Four Seasons
fourseasonsmidlo.com ↗
A family-owned neighborhood restaurant in Midlothian serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We led the full rebrand from the ground up, including a custom site, new menu design, professional photography, and local SEO.
The Challenge
Four Seasons had been a Midlothian staple for years but their online presence didn't reflect the quality of the food or the warmth of the family running it. The site was outdated, the menu hadn't been refreshed in years, and local search visibility was minimal despite a loyal following.
Our Solution
We built a custom site centered around the family story, with dedicated pages for breakfast, lunch, dinner, reservations, online ordering, and YiaYia's homemade cakes and desserts. Paired the site with a full brand refresh including new menu design, drone and food photography, and a Google Business Profile rebuild to capture local search.
The win: The family now has one owned destination for its story, menus, reservations, and ordering, backed by a local search foundation that can compound over time.

Personal Training

Uplift Fitness
upliftfitnesspt.com ↗
A Richmond personal trainer bringing individualized sessions to clients' homes and building fitness spaces through a focused one-page website.
The Challenge
Uplift needed a clean one-page experience that explains Brooke's credentials, individualized approach, and on-site model without making mobile visitors hunt through multiple pages. Every major section also needed a direct path to a consultation request.
Our Solution
We built a custom one-page site with a video-led hero, philosophy, process, trainer story, and client testimonials in one continuous flow. Inline and modal forms feed a managed lead workflow and preserve a direct email fallback.
The win: Brooke now has a focused lead path that works just as clearly on mobile as it does on desktop.

Mobile Auto Detailing

Max Crew Mobile Detailing
maxcrewdetailing.com ↗
A mobile detailing business with a service-rich website that moves visitors from vehicle-care options into Square booking.
The Challenge
Mobile detailing customers need to understand both broad packages and individual services before they commit to an appointment. Max Crew also needed a booking path that works even when the third-party widget does not load.
Our Solution
We built a custom service site with a grouped catalog, dedicated service pages, and an interactive before-and-after presentation. Embedded appointment scheduling is the primary booking path, with a direct-link fallback.
The win: Customers can compare services and book without relying on a single third-party widget.

Development Advisory

AT Development Advisory
atdevelopmentadvisory.com ↗
An owner-side development advisory practice helping restaurant, retail, and franchise teams make informed decisions before construction, supported through ongoing website care.
The Challenge
AT's existing site carries nuanced owner-side guidance for restaurant, retail, and franchise development decisions. Keeping that public experience accurate, reliable, and easy to contact requires continuing website care as the practice evolves.
Our Solution
AI Guys provides ongoing care and support for the existing site and its production experience. Our role is continuing stewardship of the published content, contact path, and day-to-day site health.
The win: The site stays reliable, current, and ready to support the practice as it evolves.

Zema Logistics
zemalogs.com ↗
A woman-owned logistics brokerage offering FTL, LTL, intermodal, ocean, and air shipping across North America. We replaced their template site with a custom-built conversion platform that increased quote activity.
The Challenge
Their generic template site looked identical to every other logistics company online. Visitors couldn't tell what made Zema different, service pages were confusing, and the quote process had too much friction - potential clients were bouncing before ever reaching out.
Our Solution
We designed and coded a custom site laser-focused on conversion. Clear service breakdowns help shippers instantly find what they need, streamlined lead capture removes friction from the quoting process, and trust signals throughout the site communicate the expertise and reliability that sets Zema apart in a commoditized industry.
The win: The rebuilt site is faster, easier to use, and more credible to customers and partners, with a cleaner path from service research to a quote request.

Dancing Scholars Virginia
dancingscholarsva.org ↗
A nonprofit bringing Dancing Classrooms social and emotional learning programs to schools across Richmond, Virginia. We gave their mission a digital home that turns visitors into donors and school partners.
The Challenge
Their outdated site buried the mission. Potential donors couldn't see the impact, school administrators couldn't understand the programs, and there was no clear path for anyone to get involved. For a nonprofit that depends on partnerships and donations, an unclear website is lost funding.
Our Solution
We rebuilt their web presence around storytelling and action. Every page leads with impact - real programs, real schools, real outcomes - and funnels visitors toward donating, partnering, or volunteering. The design reflects the energy and heart of the organization while keeping the calls-to-action impossible to miss.
The win: Schools, donors, volunteers, and partners now have clear paths into the mission, giving the organization one digital home for both impact and action.

Wendell Powell Studio
wendellpowell.com ↗
A long-established portrait photography studio in Richmond, Virginia, known for heirloom-quality family and senior portraits. After losing their entire web presence overnight, we rebuilt them into a fast, polished portfolio site.
The Challenge
The studio lost access to their previous website entirely - years of online presence gone overnight. With no site, no portfolio, and no inquiry form, they were invisible to every potential client searching for portrait photography in Richmond.
Our Solution
We built a completely new custom site that is fast, visually refined, and engineered to let the photography do the selling. Every page funnels visitors toward booking, with optimized image delivery that loads full-resolution portraits without the wait.
The win: After losing its entire web presence, the studio is live again with a polished portfolio, tailored inquiry forms, and galleries the team can update without sacrificing image quality.

Venture Studio

Start Up Partners
sup.ventures ↗
A Birmingham venture studio whose operators work alongside early founders from validation and formation through product development and first revenue.
The Challenge
A venture studio can easily be mistaken for a fund or a consultant that stops at strategy. Start Up Partners needed to show how its operators work alongside founders across validation, formation, product, brand, and growth.
Our Solution
We built a founder-led custom site that explains the studio model through Terry's story, a staged operating process, founder examples, and a direct contact flow. An automated publishing workflow brings new articles into the homepage and resource section.
The win: Founders can understand the studio model and move directly from education to a conversation.

Mark's Movers
marksmoversllc.com ↗
A family-owned Kentucky moving company providing local and long-distance moves with a personal touch. We built them a professional, call-first website designed to turn visitors into phone calls.
The Challenge
Their previous site was outdated, filled with stock photos, and didn't represent their services accurately. Commercial moving wasn't even listed. They weren't ranking for local search terms, and the site did nothing to drive the phone calls that actually close their business.
Our Solution
We built a custom mobile-first site with click-to-call functionality on every page, a sticky call button, real photos from an on-site shoot, and Google review integration to build trust before the first conversation. Service-specific pages cover local, long-distance, residential, commercial, and apartment moves. Local SEO foundations ensure they show up when customers search for movers in their area.
The win: Every core moving service now leads naturally to a phone call, and commercial moving finally has the same visibility as the company's residential work.
What We Shipped

The Women's Circle
thewomenscircle.life ↗
A private community platform for women focused on connection, growth, and shared experiences. We replaced their patchwork of tools with a custom app that feels like their own - not someone else's platform with their name on it.
The Challenge
The community was scattered across Slack, Eventbrite, Venmo, and shared photo albums. Threads got buried, events were impossible to track, payments were manual, and none of it felt like a cohesive experience. Members were engaged despite the tools, not because of them.
Our Solution
We built an installable community app from the ground up that replaced every disconnected tool. Real-time chat keeps conversations alive, integrated event planning and payments handle RSVPs and tickets, photo sharing captures memories, and push notifications keep members engaged. It installs like a native app and works offline.
The win: One installable community app now replaces the patchwork: conversations, events, payments, photos, and notifications live in one branded member experience.
What We Shipped

WLED Studio
AI Guys venturewledstudio.com ↗
An AI Guys venture for custom LED installations across events, venues, and brand activations. We created the brand and built the visual portfolio and inquiry experience around the work.
The Challenge
Custom LED installations are understood by seeing them in motion, but social clips alone make it hard for venues, planners, and brands to understand the full range of possibilities or start a serious project conversation.
Our Solution
We created WLED Studio as an AI Guys venture and built a visual-first home for it: full-bleed showcases, clear service paths for events, venues, and brand work, and a focused inquiry flow designed around high-intent projects.
The win: WLED Studio turns a creative capability into a real venture with a shareable portfolio and a direct path from inspiration to project inquiry.

Chirp
AI Guys venturechirpapp.dev ↗
An AI Guys mobile app that brings live activities and developer alerts directly to iPhone. Chirp is preparing for its App Store release, with one product connecting the phone experience to scripts, services, CI pipelines, and AI agents.
The Challenge
Developer alerts were scattered across scripts, services, deployment tools, and monitoring systems. Chirp needed one dependable mobile experience that could carry an automated event all the way to a notification someone could see and act on from their phone.
Our Solution
We created Chirp as an AI Guys venture and built the mobile app alongside its web dashboard, command-line workflow, agent tools, developer SDKs, CI connectors, and webhook bridges. Each entry point feeds the same notification and live-activity experience on iPhone, and the app is now being prepared for release on the App Store.
The win: AI Guys now has a working mobile product that carries an alert from any script, service, CI job, or AI agent to a live notification on iPhone, with its App Store launch coming next.
