Our Work
Real results for
real businesses.
Every project below was built from scratch - custom code, no templates. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

Brian K Lewis
brianklewis.com ↗
A top 1% NYC luxury real estate agent with $1.7B in career sales and major press coverage in NYT, WSJ, Inman, and CNN. We rebuilt his web presence from an AI-driven template into a fully custom platform with live RLS listings, editorial press features, and an aggressive SEO program built to dominate NYC luxury search.
The Challenge
Brian K. Lewis is a top 1% NYC real estate agent with $1.7B in career sales and major press coverage in NYT, WSJ, Inman, and CNN. His previous site on Luxury Presence was AI-driven and lacked the personal touch that defines how he works with clients. He needed a fully custom platform that matched his stature, integrated live RLS listings, and positioned him as the dominant voice in NYC luxury real estate search.
Our Solution
We designed and built a fully custom site from the ground up with live RLS integration, agent-only listing filtering, an editorial press section showcasing his media coverage, and a dynamic stats display highlighting career performance. The site is paired with our aggressive SEO program targeting NYC luxury submarkets and AI search platforms, plus a full iHomefinder CRM stack with lead intelligence, automated nurture campaigns, and a mobile app for on-the-go lead management.

Miami Swim Week
dcswimweek.com ↗
The premier destination for swimwear fashion and lifestyle events in Miami - connecting designers, brands, and buyers at the forefront of the industry. We turned a sluggish, invisible site into a search-dominant, high-performance platform ahead of their biggest season.

The Challenge
With a major event season approaching, the site was painfully slow, barely functional on mobile, and buried in search results. For a brand of this scale, being invisible online meant losing designers, sponsors, and attendees to competitors who showed up first.
Our Solution
We ran a full performance audit and overhauled their WordPress environment - eliminating bloat, optimizing assets, and stabilizing load times across devices. Then we launched a comprehensive SEO strategy covering technical markup, metadata, AI-driven search visibility, and ongoing Google Business Profile management to dominate the search terms that actually drive ticket sales and partnerships.

Tempest Energy Systems
thetempestenergysystem.com ↗
A patented, USA-manufactured wind energy company pioneering panelized, 3D-printed vertical-axis turbine arrays. They had a breakthrough product and zero web presence - we built them a full investor-grade digital platform from the ground up.
The Challenge
Tempest had a genuinely novel clean-energy technology - magnetic-levitation micro-turbine panels validated in the Duke University wind tunnel and protected by USPTO #12,429,029 - but no website to show for it. Investors, big-box retail partners, and early adopters had nowhere to land. For a hardware startup going after Home Depot, Lowe's, and commercial rooftop deals, being invisible online meant losing credibility in every first meeting.
Our Solution
We built a complete custom platform engineered to match the ambition of the product. A cinematic hero, interactive 3D turbine models powered by React Three Fiber, scroll-driven GSAP storytelling, a live savings calculator, and dedicated pages for technology, markets, system overview, team, and careers. Every page is tuned for investor scrutiny - fast LCP, lazy-loaded heavy assets, and a visual language that feels like a Fortune 500 energy company, not a pre-revenue startup.

Four Seasons
Launching soon
A family-owned neighborhood restaurant in Midlothian serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We're handling the full rebrand from the ground up, including a custom site, new menu design, professional photography, and local SEO.
The Challenge
Four Seasons had been a Midlothian staple for years but their online presence didn't reflect the quality of the food or the warmth of the family running it. The site was outdated, the menu hadn't been refreshed in years, and local search visibility was minimal despite a loyal following.
Our Solution
We built a custom site centered around the family story, with dedicated pages for breakfast, lunch, dinner, reservations, online ordering, and YiaYia's homemade cakes and desserts. Paired the site with a full brand refresh including new menu design, drone and food photography, and a Google Business Profile rebuild to capture local search.

Mark's Movers
marksmoversllc.com ↗
A family-owned Kentucky moving company providing local and long-distance moves with a personal touch. We built them a professional, call-first website designed to turn visitors into phone calls.
The Challenge
Their previous site was outdated, filled with stock photos, and didn't represent their services accurately. Commercial moving wasn't even listed. They weren't ranking for local search terms, and the site did nothing to drive the phone calls that actually close their business.
Our Solution
We built a custom mobile-first site with click-to-call functionality on every page, a sticky call button, real photos from an on-site shoot, and Google review integration to build trust before the first conversation. Service-specific pages cover local, long-distance, residential, commercial, and apartment moves. Local SEO foundations ensure they show up when customers search for movers in their area.

Wendell Powell Studio
wendellpowell.com ↗
A long-established portrait photography studio in Richmond, Virginia, known for heirloom-quality family and senior portraits. After losing their entire web presence overnight, we rebuilt them from zero to a 98 performance score.
The Challenge
The studio lost access to their previous website entirely - years of online presence gone overnight. With no site, no portfolio, and no inquiry form, they were invisible to every potential client searching for portrait photography in Richmond.
Our Solution
We built a completely new site from scratch - blazing fast, visually refined, and engineered to let the photography do the selling. Every page funnels visitors toward booking, with optimized image delivery that loads full-resolution portraits without the wait.

Zema Logistics
zemalogs.com ↗
A woman-owned logistics brokerage offering FTL, LTL, intermodal, ocean, and air shipping across North America. We replaced their template site with a conversion machine that tripled quote requests.
The Challenge
Their generic template site looked identical to every other logistics company online. Visitors couldn't tell what made Zema different, service pages were confusing, and the quote process had too much friction - potential clients were bouncing before ever reaching out.
Our Solution
We designed and coded a custom site laser-focused on conversion. Clear service breakdowns help shippers instantly find what they need, streamlined lead capture removes friction from the quoting process, and trust signals throughout the site communicate the expertise and reliability that sets Zema apart in a commoditized industry.

Dancing Scholars Virginia
dancingscholarsva.org ↗
A nonprofit bringing Dancing Classrooms social and emotional learning programs to schools across Richmond, Virginia. We gave their mission a digital home that turns visitors into donors and school partners.
The Challenge
Their outdated site buried the mission. Potential donors couldn't see the impact, school administrators couldn't understand the programs, and there was no clear path for anyone to get involved. For a nonprofit that depends on partnerships and donations, an unclear website is lost funding.
Our Solution
We rebuilt their web presence around storytelling and action. Every page leads with impact - real programs, real schools, real outcomes - and funnels visitors toward donating, partnering, or volunteering. The design reflects the energy and heart of the organization while keeping the calls-to-action impossible to miss.

Art Corner LLC
artcornerva.com ↗
A community-oriented cafe and art space in Richmond combining coffee, creativity, and culture under one roof. We gave them a digital presence that captures the energy of the space and turns online visitors into in-person regulars.

The Challenge
Art Corner had no website - their entire digital presence was social media posts. Customers couldn't book art events, browse the menu, or understand what the space even was before showing up. Every potential customer who searched "art cafe Richmond" found nothing.
Our Solution
We built a vibrant, custom website with a Stripe-integrated booking system for art events and workshops, an online menu and ordering flow, and a design language that captures the creative energy of the physical space. The site turns curious searchers into booked guests.

Three Meadows Pet Food
threemeadowspetfood.com ↗
A veteran-owned, small-batch animal feed company hand-crafting chicken scratch and dog food from their farm in Georgetown, Delaware. We built them a story-driven DTC site designed to turn first-time visitors into recurring subscribers.

The Challenge
Three Meadows had a real product story: military-grade standards, hand-filled bags, farm-sourced ingredients, the same blends fed to their own animals. But they had no online presence that did it justice. They were ready to expand from poultry feed into dog food, but had no e-commerce infrastructure, no recurring revenue engine, and no way to turn their "farm-to-feeder" transparency into a buying experience. Generic Shopify templates would have flattened everything that made them different.
Our Solution
We built a custom storytelling site that treats the brand like a small-batch product, not a SKU. An interactive Plan Builder walks customers through a four-step questionnaire about their animals and recommends a custom blend, turning a one-time purchase into a personalized subscription. Full Stripe checkout supports both delivery and local farm pickup. Scroll-triggered parallax reveals, staggered fade-ins, and editorial typography (Fraunces + Manrope) make the brand feel hand-crafted in the same way the feed is. Dedicated routes for Chicken Scratch and Dog Feed let each product line stand on its own story.

WLED Studio
wledstudio.com ↗
A creative LED design and installation studio building custom lighting experiences for events, venues, and brand activations. We built them a portfolio site that lets their work speak for itself.
The Challenge
With most of their leads coming from word-of-mouth and social, there was no central place for venues, event planners, and brands to see the scope of their work or kick off a project inquiry.
Our Solution
We designed a visual-first portfolio site that puts every installation center stage - full-bleed showcases, a clear breakdown of services across events, venues, and brand work, and a project inquiry form tuned for high-intent leads.

Chirp
chirpapp.dev ↗
A custom-built platform connecting users around shared interests in real time. We designed and shipped the product from the ground up, built around what their early users actually wanted.
The Challenge
They had a clear product vision but were piecing it together with no-code tools that couldn't keep up with what their users were asking for. They needed a real platform built around their roadmap, not someone else's templates.
Our Solution
We designed and shipped a custom platform from the ground up - clean UI, real-time interactions, and an architecture built to scale as the user base grows. Every feature was scoped around what users would actually use, not what was easy to bolt on.

Mavis Meadows
mavismeadowsva.com ↗
A boutique farm stay in Virginia - we didn't just build them a website, we built them a direct revenue system that replaces their Airbnb dependency and keeps every dollar of booking revenue in their pocket.
The Challenge
Every booking went through Airbnb - meaning platform fees on every reservation, zero direct guest relationships, and complete dependency on an algorithm they don't control. One policy change or ranking drop could gut their income overnight. They had no website, no independent booking capability, and no way to manage availability across channels.
Our Solution
We built a full direct booking engine from scratch - a conversion-focused website with interactive availability calendar, dynamic pricing, seamless Stripe checkout, and automated confirmation emails. Real-time iCal sync with Airbnb prevents double bookings while they transition guests to booking direct. A custom admin panel gives the owner full control over bookings, services, experiences, and content - no developer needed.

The Women's Circle
thewomenscircle.life ↗
A private community platform for women focused on connection, growth, and shared experiences. We replaced their patchwork of tools with a custom app that feels like their own - not someone else's platform with their name on it.
The Challenge
The community was scattered across Slack, Eventbrite, Venmo, and shared photo albums. Threads got buried, events were impossible to track, payments were manual, and none of it felt like a cohesive experience. Members were engaged despite the tools, not because of them.
Our Solution
We built a custom PWA from the ground up - a single app that replaced every disconnected tool. Real-time chat keeps conversations alive, integrated event planning with Stripe payments handles RSVPs and tickets, photo sharing captures memories, and push notifications keep members engaged. It installs like a native app and works offline.
