Rebuilds & Migrations

Leave the platform limits.Keep what matters.

We rebuild slow, fragile, or template-bound websites around a cleaner foundation, while protecting the content, URLs, tracking, and customer paths the business still needs.

Content inventory

Know what stays, changes, and retires.

Redirect plan

Send old URLs to the right new destination.

Performance baseline

Measure the experience before changing it.

Launch QA

Verify pages, forms, tracking, and devices.

The Friction

A careless rebuild trades one set of problems for another.

A new design can still lose important content, break inbound links, erase analytics context, or perform poorly. The migration plan matters as much as the pixels.

  • The current platform limits speed and design control
  • Important pages have no clear migration owner
  • Tracking and forms are undocumented
  • The mobile experience has accumulated years of patches

What Changes

A better system changes the outcome.

Start from an honest inventory

Map pages, assets, forms, integrations, tracking, and inbound destinations before redesigning.

Preserve search and referral paths

Create deliberate URL and redirect decisions instead of discovering broken links after launch.

Replace patches with a foundation

Rebuild the design system, responsive behavior, and code around the experience the site needs now.

Launch with evidence

Test content, forms, analytics, metadata, accessibility, and performance across representative devices.

Migration Before Decoration

A clear map from the old site to the new one.

We separate what the business has outgrown from what still carries value. The result is a planned transition, not a visual reset that forgets how customers arrive and act.

  • Page, asset, form, and integration inventory
  • URL mapping, canonicals, and redirect requirements
  • Analytics and conversion baseline before launch
  • Post-launch verification of critical paths

The Process

A deliberate path from problem to operation.

  1. 01

    Audit

We document the current site, platform limits, traffic paths, and operational dependencies.

  2. 02

    Map

We decide what stays, what changes, where every important URL goes, and how success is checked.

  3. 03

    Rebuild

We create the new design and implementation on a cleaner, faster foundation.

  4. 04

    Transition

We launch, verify redirects and tracking, test critical paths, and monitor the handoff.

FAQ

Questions we should answer early.

Will a rebuild change all of our URLs?

Not automatically. We inventory existing URLs and decide whether each should stay, change, consolidate, or retire. When a URL changes, the launch plan includes the appropriate redirect requirement.

Can you migrate content from our current platform?

Yes, when content migration is part of the scoped project. We first determine what can be exported cleanly, what needs restructuring, and what should not be carried into the new site.

How do you protect analytics and conversion tracking?

We document the current measurement setup, define the events and destinations that still matter, and verify the new implementation. Historical continuity also depends on the analytics platforms and account access available.

Can you improve the site without rebuilding everything?

Sometimes. If the current foundation can support the required experience, a focused remediation may be the better choice. We will tell you when a full rebuild would add cost without enough benefit.

Ready to Scope It?

Plan the move before the old platform makes it urgent.

We will review what the current site carries, what the new one needs, and the safest path between them.
