What's the difference between a Monthly Partnership and a Custom Build?
A Monthly Partnership is our subscription track: no big upfront cost, and we handle design, build, hosting, edits, and updates ongoing. We retain ownership of the site while you're on the plan. A Custom Build is a one-time project where you pay per project, own the code outright, and optionally keep us on a care plan after launch.
Where can I see pricing?
We scope every engagement to the business instead of publishing one-size-fits-all packages. A brochure rebuild and an IDX platform with CRM routing are very different projects, and a real number requires understanding yours. Is there a minimum commitment on a Monthly Partnership?
Yes. Monthly Partnerships have a 12-month minimum, which covers designing and building your site up front. At the end of the term you have three options: continue month-to-month, cancel and walk away (the site stays with us), or pay the build buyout to own your site and code outright. Your buyout amount is set in your contract on day one, no surprises.
How long does it take to build the site?
Most projects ship in approximately two weeks from kickoff. Larger IDX, CRM, automation, or app builds can take longer, but we work in tight milestones so progress is visible within days.
Do you offer payment plans on Custom Builds?
Yes. We process payments through Stripe, which supports buy-now-pay-later options including Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm. Or skip the upfront cost entirely and go with a Monthly Partnership instead.
How is this different from a traditional agency?
Traditional agencies carry high overhead: project managers, account reps, large teams, and they pass those costs to you. We're a small, focused team that builds directly. Faster delivery, direct access to the builders, no runaround.
